DELIVERY INFO:

Subject to stock availability, we aim to prepare your goods for dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We ship all mail from the UK via Royal Mail. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We will try to ensure your order is delivered on time, we BlackGirlKnitClub.com are not liable for delays beyond our control.

All standard orders placed after 17:00pm (UK time) will be processed the next working day.

UK DOMESTIC DELIVERY:

We offer free delivery for orders greater than £30. 

All orders are dispatched from our base in East London.

 All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st class and will arrive within 1-2 working day. Not guaranteed.

**Shipped via Royal Mail Guaranteed Before 1pm Special Delivery. Not applicable on weekends.

Order must be submitted before 12:00 Noon Monday-Thursday otherwise the order will be processed and dispatched the following working day for Next Day Delivery.

Please note these times are recommended by Royal Mail but delivery can take a little longer than usual, especially over Christmas and busy periods! If you need your parcel more urgently, we recommend Next Day Special Delivery.
